Accessing educational videos and resources 

Did you know the Patient Portal gives you access to educational videos and resources tailored specifically to your medications, conditions, and scheduled appointments? Follow the guide below to learn how to access these resources and take the next step toward managing your health!

Medication-specific videos

You can access videos and resources tailored specifically to your medications through the following locations:

Medications tab in Patient Portal

Within the Medications tab, tap the ⓘ icon beside the medication you would like to view details for.

Here, you will find detailed medication resources, including videos, patient education sheets, and medication guides, all designed to help you better understand the side effects, drug interactions, and adherence guidelines specific to your medication. 

Additionally, if your medication requires special administration, such as with an inhaler, you will also find a helpful step-by-step video to walk you through the process.

QR code on pill bottle 

Your medication info, just a scan away! 

Eligible medications will also display a QR code on the pill bottle, letting you instantly access information about your medications without needing to log in to the Patient Portal.

Medical condition-specific videos

You can explore videos on health conditions that are relevant to you, including topics like diabetes, heart disease, and more, directly from the home screen of the Patient Portal. These videos are designed to help you better understand your conditions, as well as provide tips on how to manage and control them.

If you are unsure whether your medical conditions are listed in the Patient Portal and want to make sure they are added, you can update them by navigating to the Account > Medical Info tab.

Appointment-specific videos

If you have a scheduled appointment with your pharmacy for services like vaccinations, you can access related videos and additional health information directly within the Appointments tab of the Patient Portal.

After booking, simply select the card at the top of the screen for your upcoming appointment to view these resources.

Here, you will find a pre-appointment checklist with tasks to complete before your appointment, as well as related health information, including informational videos relevant to your service.
