Once you have received your pharmacy’s Patient Portal link, you can either use the Patient Portal in your browser, or install it directly to your phone by adding it to your home screen for easy access.
To add your pharmacy's mobile app to your phone's home screen, please follow the instructions below according to your phone system.
Apple Installation using Safari
Follow these steps to add your pharmacy’s mobile app to your iPhone’s home screen using Safari:

Step 1: Open the link to your pharmacy’s Patient Portal. Tap Share. ![]()

Step 2: Scroll down and click Add to Home Screen ![]()

Step 3: Your pharmacy's name will auto-populate but can be edited, if needed. Click Add. ![]() |
