Changing your paperless preferences
When you first register for a Patient Portal account, you will be automatically enrolled in your pharmacy's paperless service.
To revert back to receiving your medication information in a printed format, follow the below steps:
- Navigate to the Account tab.
- Select Communication Preferences.
- Beneath Medication info preferences, select the option to Receive paper printout.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and hit Save.
Once completed, your pharmacy will adjust your preferences accordingly.
