Once you have received your pharmacy’s Patient Portal link, you can either use the Patient Portal in your browser, or install it directly to your phone by adding it to your home screen for easy access.
To add your pharmacy's mobile app to your phone's home screen, please follow the instructions below according to your phone system.
Apple Installation using Safari
Follow these steps to install your pharmacy’s mobile app to your iPhone’s home screen using Safari:

STEP 1 Open the link to your pharmacy’s Patient Portal. Tap Share ![]() |
STEP 2 Scroll down the menu-bar and click the option to Add to Home Screen ![]() |
STEP 3 Your pharmacy's name will auto-populate but can be edited. Click Add ![]() |

STEP 4 The mobile app has been added to your home screen and is ready to use ![]() |
Android Installation using Chrome
Follow these steps to instal your pharmacy’s mobile app to your Android's home screen using Chrome:

STEP 1 Open the link to your pharmacy’s Patient Portal. Tap the three-dot menu ⋮ ![]() |
STEP 2 Scroll down the menu-bar and click the option to Add to Home Screen ![]() |
STEP 3 Select the option to Install the app to your phone's home screen ![]() |

STEP 4 The install prompt will automatically show your pharmacy’s name. Tap Install ![]() |
STEP 5 The mobile app has been added to your home screen and is ready to use ![]() |
Note: Some pharmacies offer a mobile app through the Apple App Store or Google Play. To check, open your app store, search for your pharmacy, and download the app if available.
