How can I reschedule or cancel an appointment?

If you have an appointment booked through the Patient Portal and wish to reschedule it, you can do so by following the below steps:

  1. Navigate to the Appointments tab.
  2. Select the upcoming appointment card in which you wish to reschedule.
  1. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and choose the option to Reschedule or Cancel the appointment.

If you reschedule an appointment, you will be prompted to select a new date and time. Please note any previously completed forms will need to be resubmitted after rescheduling.

If you cancel an appointment, it will be removed from your calendar, and your pharmacy will be notified of the cancellation.
