The Patient Portal makes it easy to clean up your prescription list by archiving old medications, allowing you to focus on what you are. currently taking, while still having access to your history.
To archive a medication, follow the below steps:
- Navigate to the Medications tab.
- Locate the medication you want to hide, then tap Archive.
Once archived, your medications will be hidden from your prescription list and moved to the Archived section. From there, you can tap Unarchive to move them back to your active medication list anytime.
NOTE: When a medication is archived, refill requests will no longer be sent for it. To resume receiving refill requests, the medication must be unarchived.
